E-House (EJ) Lowers Annual Dividend 37.5% to $0.15; Yields 2.5%

E-House (NYSE: EJ) declared an annual dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.15 annualized. This is a 37.5% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on April 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 5, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 3, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
