Canadian Natural Resources Ltd (NYSE: CNQ) declared a quarterly dividend of CDN$0.105 per share, or CDN$0.42 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 19, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 15, 2012.
