Facebook (Nasdaq: FB)(NYSE: FB) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an IPO of its Common Stock.
Under the amended filing, Facebook entered a new $5 billion credit facility with a series of lenders. This is up from the previous amount of $2.5 billion.
Adds Citi, RBC, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse as underwriters.
