Cutwater Select Income Fund (NYSE: CSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2875 per share, or $1.15 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 4, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 2, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
