Barrington Research maintains a 'Market Perform' on Dolan Company (NYSE: DM).
Analyst, James. C. Goss, said, "We estimate Dolan’s Q4/11 EPS to be $0.09, based on expected quarterly revenues of $74.8 million. Our expectations match the consensus estimate EPS of $0.09, which is based on similar revenues of $74.9 million. We estimate full-year 2011 EPS to be $0.40, with anticipated revenues of $292.1 million. Consensus expectations for the year include matching EPS of $0.40, based on revenue of $292.2 million."
"The stock traded down to a level that discounted many of the fears that have especially focused on stalled foreclosure activity levels. The shares staged a moderate recovery earlier this year but have since dipped back below the $10 level. The acquisition of ACT is a signal of management’s intent to redirect and expand the company’s growth ambitions in the e-Discovery space, which management has previously indicated to be a very large pool of potential business that is actually significantly larger than that of mortgage foreclosure processing and much less cyclical. However, Dolan remains in the process of developing the catalysts that could spur further upside in the stock."
