Goldman Sachs raised their price target on Buy-rated MAKO Surgical (NASDAQ: MAKO) from $39 to $44 following Q4 results which had revenue coming in $3 million better than the firm's estimates and EPS coming in at ($0.14), just below their view of ($0.13) but in-line with the consensus ($0.14).
The firm notes higher sales and gross margins were offset by greater spending in SG&A and R&D.
Goldman maintaints their bullish view on the shares and said they see the company "continuing to demonstrate strong adoption by hospital facilities and physicians of the company's robotic technology."
They trimmed FY12 EPS from ($0.39) to ($0.45) and FY13 was raised from $0.03 to $0.05.
