Baird reiterates an 'Outperform' on AMAG Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: AMAG) price target of $21.00.

Analyst, Christopher Raymond, said, "Remain AMAG buyers following an in-line Q411 report, but lower-than-modeled FY12 guidance. With an EV/Sales ratio of <2.0, a key near-term data event (Phase III broad IDA trial this week), and a continued possibility for take-out, we continue to like this name despite tepid near-term growth in the base business. Continue to think this stock can work into the low $20s."
