Wells Fargo initiates coverage on Neustar (NYSE: NSR) with a Market Perform. PT range $37-$38.
Wells analyst says, "We think NSR is a defensive stock and that the company exhibits a fairly attractive long-term revenue growth profile. NSR’s incumbent position with the Number Portability Administration Center (NPAC) database provides a high level of revenue visibility. Furthermore, we believe that potential revenue with the recently acquired TARGUSinfo could help NSR drive improved top-line growth longer term. However, we think uncertainty around the NPAC contract renewal and potential repricing risk will limit multiple expansion for the next 12 months."
