VeriFone Systems sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.59-$0.60, versus the consensus of $0.60. VeriFone Systems sees Q2 2012 revenue of $465-$470 million, versus the consensus of $468.4 million.

VeriFone Systems sees FY2012 EPS of $2.60-$2.63, versus the consensus of $2.60. VeriFone Systems sees FY2012 revenue of $1.9-$1.93 billion, versus the consensus of $1.91 billion.
