Gabelli Healthcare & Wellness Trust (NYSE: GRX) initiated a quarterly distribution of $0.10 per share, or $0.40 annualized.

The distribution will be payable on June 22, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of June 13, 2012.
