Canaccord Genuity maintains a 'Hold' on Fuel Systems Solutions (NASDAQ: FSYS) price target raised to $26.00.
Analyst, John Quealy, said, "FSYS remains very well positioned to benefit from the growing adoption of nat gas vehicles, while a new GM platform win in the US and progress in developing markets keeps growth prospects solid. That said, increased investments ahead of the US ramp and a tougher European auto macro (ex stimulus) keep our expectations in check."
"Q4 results are expected before the open on March 8 (call at 11am ET). We model revs/”cash” EPS at $98.0M/ $0.10 (vs. Street at $95.6M/$0.11), with GMs +260bps y/y to 24.5%."
