Douglas Emmett (DEI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.4% to $0.15; 2.8% Yield

Douglas Emmett (NYSE: DEI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
