Jefferies maintains a 'Hold' on Oasis Petroleum (NYSE: OAS) price target cut from $34 to $31.

Jefferies analyst says, "OAS remains one of the top ways to play rising oil prices. Vertical integration coupled with oil, gas, and swd infrastructure should help tame cost inflation. Delineation and downspacing pilots will help support a share price that is discounting significant probable credit. At $31, we struggle to see material upside given our long-term oil price assumption of $85."

Analyst, Subash Chandra, lowers FY12 EPS estimate from $1.88 to $1.57.
