UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Babcock & Wilcox (NYSE: BWC) price target raised from $25 to $30.

UBS analyst says, "EPS of $0.54 beat the Street of $0.41, helped by better than expected Power Gen margins and Technical Svcs income, a smaller than expected loss in Nuclear Energy, and a lower tax rate, partly offset by higher than expected corporate costs. Nuclear Energy benefited from a CANDU reactor svcs project which began in Q4. Revs of $801m beat the Street ($769m). Q4 FCF exceeded net income." (UBS raises FY13 EPS estimate from $2.05 to $2.10)

"BWC reported a very solid Q4. Bookings were good, execution was strong, and cash generation was seasonally robust. Long term programs are generally on track, but some uncertainty remains. We are encouraged by the progress at BWC, and we would look for clarity around the next catalyst or a pullback to revisit our rating."
