Chicos Fas, Inc. (NYSE: CHS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0525 per share, or $0.21 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on March 26, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 12, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 8, 2012.
