Winthrop Realty Trust (FUR) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c, Declares $0.1625 Dividend

Winthrop Realty Trust (NYSE: FUR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.49, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $16.76 million versus the consensus estimate of $17.28 million.

The Company's Board of Trustees declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2012 of $0.1625 per Common Share payable on April 16, 2012 to common shareholders of record on March 30, 2012.
