AECOM Technology Corporation (NYSE: ACM), announced that David W. Joos has joined its Board of Directors.
Joos currently serves as chairman of the Board of CMS Energy Corp (NYSE: CMS).
Previously, he served from 2004 to 2010 as president and chief executive officer of CMS Energy and as chief executive officer of its principal subsidiary, Consumers Energy Company.
