Jefferies maintains a 'Buy' on DigitalGlobe (NYSE: DGI) price target lowered from $30 to $24.

Analyst, Howard A. Rubel, said, "We continue to believe that the asset value of DGI is substantially greater than the current enterprise value of the company; fourth quarter results were within the range of our estimate, with revenues a bit better, but operating margins somewhat worse. Capital spending was a bit lower and the potential to generate free cash for 2012 seems quite realistic."

"We are reducing our 2012 and 2013 EPS to $0.45 and $0.80 from $0.65 and $1.00. Revenues estimates are modestly lower, dropping to $374 million from $380 million for 2012 and to $400 million from $430 million for 2013. EBITDA for 2012 is now estimated at $163 million vs. $187 million and is projected at $188 million down from $220 million for 2013."
