Seaspan (SSW) Approves 33.3% Increase in Qtr. Dividend to 25c; Yields 5.8%

Seaspan's (NYSE: SSW) board of directors approved a 33.3% increase in the quarterly common share dividend to $0.25 per share, which dividend will be subsequently declared for the quarter ending March 31, 2012.

Current annualized yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
