Old Republic (ORI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.4% to $0.1775; 6.5% Yield

Old Republic International Corp. (NYSE: ORI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1775 per share, or $0.71 annualized. This is a 1.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1750.

The dividend will be payable on March 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 12, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 8, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
