Goldman Sachs upgraded Plains All American (NYSE: PAA) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $93.00.

Goldman called PAA their favorite pure-play liquids-levered name. The firm cited: "(1) well positioned crude oil and liquids pipeline assets which should gain higher volumes and multiple organic growth opportunities in the bullish domestic oil growth environment, (2) upside to cash flows from its logistics business which benefits from wider crude oil differentials, and (3) solid track record of acquisitions, exemplified by
the recently announced acquisition of NGL assets from BP in Canada along with other small acquisitions."
