Spreadtrum Communications (NASDAQ: SPRD) reported Q4 EPS of $0.78, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $192.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $190.73 million.

Sees FY2012 revenue of $158-$163 million, versus the consensus of $172.1 million.
