Joy Global, Inc. (JOY) Misses Q1 EPS by 2c; Revises FY12 Outlook to Include IMM

Joy Global, Inc. (NYSE: JOY) reported Q1 EPS of $1.33, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.14 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.16 billion.

Joy Global adjusted its outlook for the inclusion of IMM. Joy Global now sees FY2012 EPS of $7.40 to $7.80, versus the consensus of $7.45, and revenue of $5.6 billion to $5.8 million, versus the consensus of $5.52 million.
