Ensco PLC (ESV) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.375; 2.6% Yield

Ensco PLC (NYSE: ESV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on March 23, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 12, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 8, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
