Shares of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP) dipped in mid-day trade Tuesday following an intraday downgrade from Hilliard Lyons' Joel Havard. The analyst now rates the stock a Long-Term Buy, down from Buy previously. Havard's price target rose from $30 to $35.

The downgrade follows a Q4 miss from Crestwood this morning. The stock is currently down 0.8 percent to $28.97.
