Globus Maritime Limited (Nasdaq: GLBS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 22, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 10, 2012.
