Cypress Semiconductor (CY) Raises Quarterly Dividend 22.2% to $0.11; 2.5% Yield

Cypress Semiconductor (NASDAQ: CY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized. This is a 22.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.09.

The dividend will be payable on April 19, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
