Zagg Inc. (NASDAQ: ZAGG) reported Q4 EPS of $0.27, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $63.97 million.

Sees FY2012 revenue of $250 million, versus the consensus of $240.6 million.
