Materion (MTRN) Misses Q4 EPS by 2c, Reaffirms FY12 Outlook

Materion (NYSE: MTRN) reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $334.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $353.48 million.

Materion reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.
