Canaccord Genuity maintains a 'Buy' on St. Mary's (NYSE: SM) price target lowered from $123 to $119.
Analyst, John Gerdes, said, "We are lowering our target price due to higher capital intensity partly offset by a higher liquids composition. We reiterate SM as our mid-cap favorite. Investors rewarded SM’s clarity on Eagle Ford and Bakken drilling locations/resource potential yesterday, with the stock outperforming the sector by a few hundred basis points. SM still has ~20% greater upside to our target than the sector as it trades at a ~15% discount (’12E EBITDA) though we anticipate it should generate 20% greater CFPS growth through ’13."
