Pioneer Natural Resources Co. (NYSE: PXD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.02.

The dividend will be payable on April 12, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.1 percent.
