Entertainment Properties Trust (EPR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.75; 7% Yield

Entertainment Properties Trust (NYSE: EPR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share, or $3 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.70.

The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7 percent.
