Jefferies raised its price target on Ventas (NYSE: VTR) from $59 to $61 following Q4 results and the normal conservative guidance. They firm is keeping their Buy rating.
The firm comments, "We maintain our Buy rating on VTR given: 1) an attractive earnings and dividend growth profile over the next 1-2 years; 2) access to capital markets to pursue accretive acquisitions; and 3) a top-notch seniors housing operating platform that should generate strong earnings growth."
