ACE Ltd. (NYSE: ACE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
The Board of Directors of ACE Limited announced today that it will recommend to shareholders at the company’s 2012 Annual General Meeting a 4.25% increase in its quarterly dividend. The proposal calls for a $1.96 annual dividend, payable in four installments of $0.49 per quarter, commencing with the second quarter, as and when declared by the Board, compared to the most recent quarterly dividend amount of $0.47.
