Coresite Realty (COR) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c, Offer FY12 FFO Guidance

Coresite Realty (NYSE: COR) reported Q4 FFO of $0.34, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $46 million versus the consensus estimate of $46.08 million.

Coresite Realty sees FY2012 FFO of $1.36-$1.50, versus the consensus of $1.39.
