Jefferies adjusted estimates and raised its price target on Clearwire (NASDAQ: CLWR) from $3 to $4 and reiterated their Buy rating.

The firm commented, "Last week the FCC suspended LightSquared's ATC waiver after NTIA’s conclusion that LightSquared’s LTE network can't operate as planned without causing interference to GPS. Additionally, we believe DISH may separate its license transfer request from the MSS/ATC waiver process, substantially limiting, for the time being, its spectrum's viability for 3rd party usage. With spectrum field clearing we are raising our PT on CLWR to $4."

The firm moved Q4 EPS up from ($0.43) to ($0.42), this year went down to ($1.64) to ($1.66) and next year went from ($1.67) to ($1.73).
