Cimarex Energy Co. (XEC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.12; 0.6% Yield

Cimarex Energy Co. (NYSE: XEC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.6 percent.
