RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: RNR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is a 3.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on March 30, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
