- Garmin Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRMN) high of $49.93. Garmin is popping after reporting fourth-quarter earnings 96 cents per share on revs of $910 million. The Street was modeling for EPS of 66 cents and revs of $770 million. Shares up 11.7 percent to the highest level since June 2008.
- Intuit (Nasdaq: INTU) high of $62.33. Investors are getting 'Intuit' Wednesday following strong numbers from the accounting software firm. Intuit reported second-quarter earnings of 51 cents on revs of $.02 billion, versus consensus views seeing EPS of 45 cents and revs of $1.01 billion. Shares up 8.2 percent on the session.
- Sourcefire, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIRE) high of $45.45. Sourcefire is ripping Wednesday following quarterly earnings. After the market closed Tuesday, Sourcefire reported Q4 EPS of 25 cents, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of 19 cents. Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $46.98 million.
- TJX Companies, Inc. (NYSE: TJX) high of $35.54. TJX had an overall solid report Wednesday for its fourth quarter. Earnings were 62 cents, in line, on revs of $6.71 billion, slightly light. The retailer lifted its quarterly dividend 21 percent to 11.5 cents per share, with an annual yield of 1.3 percent. TJX added $2 billion to its buyback plan.
- Codexis, Inc. (Nasdaq: CDXS) low of $3.61. Tuesday, Codexis announced the appointment of Peter Strumph as the company's interim Chief Executive Officer. Current CEO Alan Shaw resigned his position and from the Board of Directors to pursue other interests. Shares moved an addition 2.3 percent lower on the session.
