Jefferies initiates coverage on New Oriental Education (NYSE: EDU) with a Buy. PT $33.00.
The firm comments, "As the market leader in the education industry and driven by the continuous desire of Chinese students to go abroad, we expect sustainable revenue growth in overseas test prep. Further leveraging the brand name, K-12 tutoring becomes another driver for New Oriental by providing a better environment and teaching quality. Margin expansion starting from 2013E ending on May 31, 2013, supports ~30% profit."
