Shares of Pentair (NYSE: PNR) are outperforming the broader stock market nicely Tuesday morning as Citi's Deane Dray added the stock to the firm's "Top Picks Live" list earlier. Shares of General Electric (NYSE: GE) were removed from the list in order to make room for Pentair.

Pentair shares last traded at $39.54, up 1.05 percent from Friday's closing price.

Dray maintains a Buy rating on Pentair shares. The analyst boosted his price target from $42 to $45.
