Auriga raises Broadcom (Nasdaq: BRCM) from Hold to Buy, its price target moves from $37 to $44.

Avondale Partners boosts Garmin Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRMN) from Market Perform to Market Outperform, its price target raised from $36 to $55.
