Berkowitz's Fairholme Capital Raises Stake in American Int'l Group (AIG) to 6.11%

In a 13G filing on American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG), Bruce R. Berkowitz's hedge fund Fairholme Capital disclosed a 6.11%, or 116,068,213 share, stake in the company. This is up 26.10% from the 92,044,583 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending December 31, 2011.
