S.Y. Bancorp, Inc. (SYBT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.6% to $0.19; 3.3% Yield

S.Y. Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYBT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on April 2, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 12, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 8, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
