FMC Corp. (NYSE: FMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.
The dividend will be payable on April 19, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.
The company's Board also authorized a $250 million buyback program.
