Canaccord Genuity maintains a 'Buy' on Solazyme (NASDAQ: SZYM) price target of $19.00.
Analyst, John Quealy, said, "SZYM will report Q4/11 results on February 21 after the close (call at 4:30pm ET). We model revs/EPS at $15.0M/$(0.16) vs. consensus at $15.1M/$(0.16). We find financial results to be less meaningful than progress vs. key milestones (detailed on following page) at this point (third quarterly call post IPO)."
"We expect funded research partnership programs to continue to account for the majority of sales this quarter, with ramping Algenist sales driving increased product revenues. We look for additional progress finalizing feedstock/offtake contracts, including additional details on the Roquette European sales agreement for algal flour."
