Goldman Sachs lifted its price target on General Motors (NYSE: GM) from $32 to $35 and adjusted estimates following Q4 results.

The firm said they see attractive value in holding GM for 2013 margin acceleration. "Despite headwinds in Europe, we believe the company is positioned to see a modest margin tailwind this year driven primarily by fixed expense leverage with structural costs (including some $800mn of retiree expense inflation) likely to grow slightly below sales," the analyst said.

Goldman adjusted 2012/2013/2014 estimates to $3.93/$5.13/$5.65 from $4.08/$4.96/$5.50.
