P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. (Nasdaq: PFCB) today announced the appointment of Larry Ryback as Chief Operating Officer of the P.F. Chang’s concept, effective March 2012. Mr. Ryback has more than 20 years of restaurant operations experience and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Kona Grill, Inc. (NASDAQ: KONA), an American grill and sushi bar based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
