Newpark Resources, Inc. (NYSE: NR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.22, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $263.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $276.26 million.

The Company announced that the Board of Directors has approved a share repurchase program that authorizes the Company to purchase up to $50 million of its outstanding shares of Newpark common stock.
