Ruddick Corp. (NYSE: RDk) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
